Dear Sake Lovers,
If you believe in the arts of making a master-piece, you must know that sake brewery is craving for the best location to produce sake (日本酒). This land is blessed by the nature of motherland, providing us good rice, good water and good environment.
Teresake is produced in an area called Inada (稲田) of Ibaraki (茨城)prefecture in Japan. This area is a quiet, unpolluted heaven for “Granite (花崗岩) ” from Ishikiri Mountain (石切山). Underwater is filtered between granite bounders and is fetched through the deep well in Isokura Brewery (磯蔵酒造).
Isokura’s ancestors found this groundwater as ” the magical water” for making good sake. They gave a name to this magical water “SEKITOUSUI (石透水)”and dedicated this special gift from the motherland to all of their sake.
They craved for the blessing land and found this magical water and this magical well. It explains why Teresake is born here. This land is also well protected by this generation and this mission will be carried on by the next generation.
